KARNISH ART

 Biography

Karnish is an experienced international artist, born in South Africa, whose vibrant abstract works have been featured in exhibitions and are found in private and permanent collections worldwide. 

 

Ever since she was a kid, she felt that being an artist was in her DNA and essential to her being. Her artistic practice is centred around nature, movement, and flow, and she freely approaches her canvases with an intuitive and playful energy. 

 

Working with mixed media - oils, acrylics, collage, pastels, graphite, and charcoal, Karnish layers mesmerizing textures on top of each other, creating stimulating abstract universes or capturing the e-motion of the moment. 

 

Living at the foot of the breathtakingly beautiful Magalies Mountains, with ease she connects to Abundance of spirit, the Freedom of heart, the boundlessness of Beauty, the in-tenseness of being Alive!
